Platform plans
Can I start on Free?
Yes. Free is the €0 plan: 1 user and 1 site, with the live forecast, the map and official warnings.
What happens when I upgrade?
Starter, Pro and Plus are paid by card through Stripe. Your new plan becomes active as soon as Stripe confirms the payment.
Do I need a card for the Pro trial?
No. Each account can start one 14-day Pro trial without a card. Afterwards the account returns to Free.
Can I cancel or manage billing?
You can change or cancel your subscription at any time in the Stripe customer portal.
Are prices VAT inclusive?
Yes. Prices include VAT. Your invoice shows the VAT amount.
Can I pay yearly for Starter, Pro or Plus?
Yes. Pay 12 months up front and get 15% off the monthly price, as soon as yearly billing is open for your plan. Monthly stays available; Enterprise is a quoted contract. Venue packages have their own yearly option.
How is Enterprise priced?
The estimate follows your users, branches, operational units, datasets and API use. The final price comes in your proposal.
Is this an official warning replacement?
No. Official warnings stay with the authority that issues them, and MetOry shows them separately.
Venue & Marine
What do Venue packages add?
Forecasts for named places (venues, marinas, clubs, parks) and the events held there. Platform plans cover your own sites and team.
Do I need a platform plan to buy Venue?
No. Venue is sold on its own, and platform plan holders can add it too.
How does the single event work?
You pay once. Setup takes up to 5 business days (one week at most), so book at least a week ahead. We follow the event from 72 hours before until it ends and send the briefing by email.
Can I get a refund for a single event?
Yes, in full, up to 72 hours before the event starts.
Is sea state included?
Yes: in Venue Planner and above, and in the single event for marinas and regattas. It comes from the ECMWF wave model.
How does a monthly Venue package start?
After payment our team sets up your places and users within 5 business days (one week at most). Cancel any time; the package runs to the end of the paid month.
Can I pay for a Venue package yearly?
Yes. Pay 12 months up front and get 15% off the monthly price. Our team sends the invoice; ask through the contact form.
